This machine is equipped with hot sealing knife and perforation knife, two knives are designed together in order to avoid sealing seam’s stretching problems, and also helps improving speeds.
With two sets of servo motors, two sets of dancing roller, four sets of EPC, and special designed sealing knife & perforation knife, the automatic double line high speed star seal flat bag on roll making machine can reaches at the super high speed of 140 meters per minute, also the rolling plate in rewinder part could turn ten times per minute.
