Silstar’s star seal perforated t-shirt garbage bag on roll making machine is mainly used to produce star seal t-shirt bags and star seal flat bags with HDPE/ LDPE and bio-degradable material. If star seal flat bags take a large proportion of your order, High speed star seal perforated garbage bag on roll making machine is more recommeded, since it is much more faster to produce star seal flat bags.

This machine is designed in double line with automatic rewinding system, and equipped with star seal knife and special designed perforation punch knife, which make the perforation line evenly and easy to tear after punching.

Silstar’s automatic star seal t-shirt garbage bag making machine’s rewinding system is unique because two rolling system could work seperately, which means you could make two size bags on one machine at the same time. In some conditions, one line rolling plate could finish it’s present roll without any disturbance, even if the film snapped in another line suddenly.

After year and year’s effort, we also re-designed the unwinding systerm particularly onto the feeding part (including additional motor, reducer and more cylinders), in order to make the film goes on the line much more tensionless, smoothly, and simultaneously on the each part of the machine.
