1. The whole equipment is guaranteed for one year, and the servo motor and inverter are guaranteed for two years, but it does not include other wearing parts.

2. Providing a complete after-sales service system to solve any problems that during usage, including but not limited to solve technical problems through communication software and making phone calls. If necessary, technicians can able to be sent to do oversea commissioning service, and operator’s training.

3. Because we are a manufacturer and have a full set of production processes, when customers need some spare parts urgently, we can process and sent them quickly.

4. At the same time, we can also customize bag on roll making machines for other muli-purposes according to customer requirements, such as shopping bag on roll machine, car seat cover bag on roll machine, ice cube bag on roll machine and so on.
